Shah Associates is a supplier of industrial textile machinery components and authorized distributor of Maksteel weaving accessories since 1988. 2. Eligibility & User Representations

By using our website or services, you represent that:

• You are a business entity, industrial purchaser, or authorized representative of a textile manufacturing company.
• You will use our products only for professional industrial applications in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Products & Industrial Disclaimer

All products listed are industrial components (e.g., jacquard harness cord, drop wires, comber boards, guiding boards, loom parts). They are not certified for consumer safety or household use. You assume all responsibility for proper installation, maintenance, and compliance with machinery safety standards. Shah Associates does not warrant that any product is suitable for a specific purpose beyond general industrial textile weaving.

4. Orders, Quotes, & Pricing

• Quotes provided via our website, email, or WhatsApp are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected non-industrial use.

5. Payment & Shipping

Payment terms are agreed per order. Shipping timelines are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and import compliance.

6. Returns & Warranty

Industrial components are sold "as is" with no express warranties unless a separate written agreement exists. Defective products may be eligible for replacement or repair at our discretion if reported within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect specification selection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shah Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, production downtime, or injury arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Compliance

When you communicate with us via WhatsApp Business API or Meta messaging:

• You consent to receive transactional and, with your explicit opt-in, marketing messages.
• You agree not to use our WhatsApp channel for spam, harassment, or illegal content.
• We comply with Meta's Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy – our messages will never contain prohibited content (e.g., weapons, adult material, regulated pharmaceuticals).
• You may opt out of WhatsApp marketing at any time by replying "STOP".

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:
